Championing over 6000 employees across 16 manufacturing sites, and a 4,500-people-strong logistics fleet, Samir has been instrumental in shaping Bisleri International’s HR vision for the next five years. He envisaged the Bisleri Learning Academy the company very own E-Learning, management platform, and steered the company to optimise employee lifecycle by harnessing HR Technology.

An astute business strategist, Samir has played a crucial role in creating sales structures and keeping manpower cost pressure on sales turnover low through various people-oriented initiatives.
